China International Environmental Protection Exhibition & Conference (CIEPEC) has developed into one of the most prestigious and comprehensive environmental events in the Asian-Pacific area. CIEPEC has successfully arranged 9 events since 1986.

The organizer of CIEPEC is the Chinese Association of Environmental Protection Industry (CEAPI). www.chinaenvironment.org This is China’s largest environmental industry association which belongs to the State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA). SEPA is China’s most important Environmental body and official sponsor of the conference.

CIEPEC 2007 will be the largest exhibition of Environmental and Renewable Energy technologies before the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

CIEPEC 2007 will focus on:

• Air
• Solid Waste
• Resource Comprehensive Utilization, Energy Savings and New Energy Solutions
• Indoor and In-Vehicle Environments

More than one third of the more than 30,000m2 exhibition area will be covered by overseas exhibitors. All the major European countries have been present at earlier events and will be present in 2007. These include: France, Germany, Italy, USA, United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and etc.

To our knowledge, Norway has not previously been represented at a major exhibition within Environmental and New and Renewable Energy Technologies in China.
